
American actor Thomas William Selleck. His most memorable role was Thomas Magnum (private investigator) in Magnum. He was nominated for five Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actor In a Drama Series (1980-1988) and took home the Emmy Award in 1985. In the series Blue Bloods, Selleck has appeared as Frank Reagan, New York City Police Commissioner. Since 2005, he has played the role of Jesse Stone, a troubled police chief in a small town New York City. Also, he's played in nine television films based on Robert B. Parker novels.
