Anahi is an extremely popular solo artist and has sold over 3 million albums. Anahi's professional career started in 1985 when she was barely two years old in the Mexican television show titled Chiquilladas. Anahi, born Marichelo Portilla on May 14th 1983, was the son of Enrique Puente (Spanish father) and Marichelo Puente (Mexican mother). There is an older sibling who is a TV star Marichelo Puente (born 1978) as well as an older half-sister Diana Puente from her father's previous marriage.
